I would like to say thank you to Tony, whom I have met on two occasions, both for a flat tyre (embarrassingly,but years apart). The first time I was on my way back from Pembs when I got a flat, he took my to a garage in Carmarthen he recommended as I didn’t know the area. I really appreciated the help. Recently another flat on the motorway near Hendy, again took me to a local garage and waited to make sure the garage had the tyres I needed. Very caring and friendly person and the Angel in hi-viz you need when you breakdown for any reason. Thank you again Tony, Vicky

Broke down on the last day of my holdiay (Friday!). Called GEM rescue and they sent Tony from Millbrook. Top gent. Called to say how long he’d be – and was. Identified the issue and got us going with a temporary fix which got us from Camarthen to home in Northamptonshire. I cannot praise this guy enough. Really helpful. Thanks to him we got back to see Castle Coch on the way home. Many many thanks.

I have used Millbrook recovery via different breakdown services.Thay are very efficient and have got me out of a fix on a number of occasions.Very friendly helpful staff.
