We had to call Millbrook out today as our Vivaro wouldn’t start. Tony came to the rescue. What an absolute star he was. He found the faults really quickly and did a repair on site to enable us to get to our regular garage, followed us until we arrived there and explained to our guy what the problem was. We couldn’t be happier with the service from Millbrook recovery. Credit where credit’s due.

I had to make a call to the AA yesterday evening as the hire car (Toyota Corolla Hybrid) my stepson is using (whilst his is in for repair) decided to not want to start outside the local gym. I sat in the car to wait for assistance. Had a text from the AA to say Millbrook Recovery would be attending at about 7:55pm.
Just after 7:30pm the recovery truck pulled up. First thing I asked was if the car was going on the back of the truck!!
The lovely young man Andrew who was on call told me no, and that he was going to get the car started there. He showed me and explained exactly what he was doing, and with the help of a 12v battery charging tool got the car running.
Andrew told me to take the car for a drive for about half hour to ensure the battery was fully recharged.
So a big thank you to the very polite, professional, informative, very pleasant Andrew at Millbrook Recovery! Your help was very much appreciated!

Richard from Millbrook picked us up last night, we had our 1 year old with us and even though he couldn’t get the van going he was so kind. He even took the van to the yard and to the garage in the morning. Made a stressful situation that bit less stressful
