I was recovered today by Millbrook courtesy of my insurance provider.I was experiencing some worrying scraping noises from my van and the recovery guy attended so quickly, diagnosed the problem and did not rest until I was recovered to the exact location I needed! This guy needs all the praise! He was reassuring and genuinely enjoyed his job. Very happy!

Clutch went on my car. Called AXA who use Millbrook Recovery. Simon came to our aid, thank goodness… Car recovered and dropped directly at the garage to be fixed tomorrow… Thanks for the excellent service and promptly coming to the rescue… Freddie (the dog) thanks you too:-)

Fantastic service from Millbrook today. Needed my car recovered at work. The car park is busy with tight access. Conrad came out and was amazing, he arrived at the time the breakdown service advised. After he assessed the situation he called for further help as he was conscious not to damage the property and surrounding cars, while waiting he went and bought me a hot chocolate out of his own pocket as he could see I was freezing. He then promptly loaded my car, checking my details before taking it to the garage for me. Outstanding 5* service would highly recommend!!!!
