Quicker than the speed of light! I broke down and reported it through my breakdown cover. I was told the mechanic would be with me in one hour. Literally as I read the message and put my phone down millbrook appeared around the corner. I’ve never been dealt with so quickly and efficiently. The chap was very helpful at 23.45 in the night after doing a full days shift. He got me home safely and told me what needed doing to get my car back on the road. Excellent service 👍🏻

Huge thanks to Millbrook Recovery and Mike and Andrew the awesomely skilled technicians for a seamless recovery of a really difficult job last night. From initial communcaction from Millbrook re time of arrival to me to shaking hands and thanking the boys after dropping it off outside my house, the whole experience was absolutley faultless. Catastrophic failure of suspension, on my 7m Iveco Daily XLWB, a few miles from home (after travelling 50+ miles), luckily I was moving very slowly at the time! The Millbrook team take the stress out of the high emotion situation from the moment they engage. I’ve been lucky (unlucky depending on how breaking down is viewed!) enough to have beenrescued by them a few times over the years and always the same excellent experience.
