Thanks to the lovely Will who googled checked rechecked removed fiddled screwed and unscrewed and did all manner of technical things all the while keeping me informed and my spirits up. Fixed my LML 125 scooter on the side of the road and saw me safely on my way…a happy customer a rescued damsel in distress�

After having a tyre blow out on me last week and being stranded in Carmarthen, I have to say the technician that came out Shaun ( I hope I spelt his name correct) from the Fforestfach depot was so helpful. He recovered my car ( Volvo V40) and me and my dad and initially took us to ATS Carmarthen where after releasing the vehicle from the back of the truck . ATS were so rude and told me they didn’t have time to get me a new tyre. Shaun kindly put the car back on the truck and took it to Kwik Fit where they accommodated me . Shaun was friendly and so helpful!! An asset to your team !! Please can you make sure he sees this review!! Thank you for everything!! Miss Alam
