Having been severely let down by the AA via Audi Assist; having been advised an hour ( we were marooned on the M4, allegedly a priority ) but then left 90 minutes; then left with150 minutes wait freezing cold, Thank heavens for Colin. The latter is a credit to his company and should be given fellowship of the Samarathins! Recognising our advanced years and my wife s asthma, He was SPEED but safety concious; courteous , friendly and nothing too much trouble, He along with a warm Cabin, was a lifesaver. Amazing and supportive!! And the lads where very polite and didn’t sweer and 6 days later there still supporting me because the aa have lost my keys for the car and Millbrook recovery are chasing this problem with the AA ..
